BETTER Coach's Culture Cohort

The Vital Teams Coaching Cohort provides a proven framework to equip coaches in discovering their leadership voice. We will use the 5 Voices framework, powered by GiANT to develop self aware coaches that communicate, build trust, align, execute and increase the capacity of those they lead. Coaches will also receive access and training with the BETTER Culture Playbook. The BETTER Culture Playbook is currently implemented in the Athletic Departments of the University of Oklahoma, Mississippi State University, and Florida State University.
