My name is Stephen Bratcher, I am the owner and founder of Vital Teams Consulting. My wife Lauren and I have two amazing boys, Ryden and Shepherd. I am an Austin Texas native and have had the privileged of teaching, coaching and serving in education, athletics and non-profits for over a decade. Vital Teams was grown out of a deep desire for personal health, growth and service for others. We are incredibly honored and humbled to serve others as they grow, become more self aware and discover their God given leadership voice. Our health is vital for every team in which we take part.
